1. What We Collect

  • Name and email address — provided by you at checkout, used to deliver your license key.
  • Hardware ID (HWID) — collected by the Software during activation, used to bind your license to your device.
  • Payment data — handled directly by Paystack. We never see or store your card numbers or payment credentials.
  • Site analytics — anonymous usage data via Microsoft Clarity and Vercel Analytics (page views, device type, country) and live chat session data via Tawk.to. No personally identifiable information is sold.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To deliver your license key after purchase.
  • To provide customer support when you contact us.
  • To send transactional emails (license delivery, expiry reminders).
  • To improve the product and the website.

3. Data Sharing

We share data only with the third-party services strictly required to operate this site: Paystack (card payments), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Microsoft Clarity (analytics), Tawk.to (live chat). We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

4. Data Retention

  • Order and license records are retained for the lifetime of your license.
  • Email communications are retained for support and audit purposes.
  • You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support.

5. Your Rights

  • Access — you may request a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Correction — you may request that we correct inaccurate data.
  • Deletion — you may request that we delete your data (note: this may invalidate your license).

6. Cookies

We use minimal cookies for session handling, payment redirects, and basic analytics. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

7. Security

License keys are stored hashed. Authentication uses HMAC-SHA256 signed sessions. Payments are processed entirely on the payment provider's infrastructure.

8. Children

EMS is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
