1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using any EMS software product ("the Software"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Software.

2. License Grant

• When you purchase a license, EMS grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software.
• Each license is bound to the maximum number of devices specified in your plan (1, 2, or 3 devices).
• Lifetime licenses do not expire. Monthly and yearly licenses expire at the end of their billing period.
• You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share your license key with third parties.

3. Acceptable Use

• You agree to use the Software in compliance with all applicable laws.
• You are solely responsible for the content you send, fetch, or process using the Software.
• EMS is not responsible for misuse of the Software (including spam, unauthorized data collection, or violations of third-party terms of service).

4. Payments and Refunds

• All prices are listed in USD. Card payments are processed in NGN at the listed exchange rate via Paystack.
• Due to the digital nature of the product, license keys delivered are non-refundable.
• If a license fails to deliver due to a technical issue, contact support within 7 days for a manual resolution or refund.

5. Intellectual Property

EMS retains all rights to the Software, branding, and content on this site. Your license grants usage rights only — not ownership.

6. Termination

EMS reserves the right to deactivate licenses found to be shared, cracked, or used in violation of these terms, without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. EMS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Software, including data loss or business interruption.

8. Changes to Terms

EMS may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance.
